What will be the primary responsibilities of the Reservations Manager?
The Reservations Manager will work closely with the Revenue Manager and lead a team of agents to manage all hotel and restaurant reservation inquiries, oversee pre-opening projects, train and coach the reservations team, perform daily reservation checks, and support revenue strategy implementation.
What previous experience is required for the Reservations Manager position?
A minimum of 3+ years as a Reservations Manager or Assistant Reservations Manager in a similar lifestyle hotel or a large 4- or 5-star hotel in Brussels or the Benelux region is required.
Is pre-opening hotel experience considered an advantage for this role?

What language skills are preferred for this position?
Fluency in French and/or Dutch, in addition to English, is preferred for this role.
