Responsibilities

  • Advocate for our products, and understand existing processes within retailers and brands
  • Communicate across time zones and with a variety of people and roles
  • Be tech savvy and able to communicate feedback and feature requests back to the product teams at EDITED
  • Document processes meticulously
  • Articulate EDITED's positioning, use cases, and value
  • Be numerate and data literate, and know how to identify trends in client usage to create and deliver training
  • Increase product adoption and project opportunities
  • Build documentation and materials to support the on-boarding programs you create
