  • Oversee the design and implementation of all aspects of reward programs, including salary structures, variable pay, equity programs, recognition initiatives, and benefits

  • Stay updated on reward regulations and best practices. Ensure all programs and practices are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations to our industries and geographies
