What will my main responsibilities be as a Risk Analyst?
You will perform regular risk assessments, analyze data for potential risks, collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies, and prepare risk management reports, among other duties.
What experience is required for this position?
We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
Are there any preferred skills for this role?
Strong analytical skills, understanding of financial principles, familiarity with fintech regulations, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are preferred. Experience with risk assessment software is also beneficial.

What is the interview process like for this role?
The interview process consists of four stages: a 30-minute call with a People Team member, a short independent assessment, a 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager and a Risk Team Lead, and a final 30-minute interview with a member of Relay’s executive leadership team.
