Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: keeping yourself busy with overseeing the day-to-day operations. This includes rooms division, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, coffee & retail concept and of course guest services. All the while you are ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process in an atmosphere that strives for the highest guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead & inspire the teams while providing guidance.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service towards our guests.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote sustainable practices, in the eco-sexy mind-set ;)
  • Revenue Management: Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop and implement strategies to optimise room revenue through up and cross selling.
  • Staff Training: Conduct trainings to make sure the staff is well-versed
  • Technology Utilisation: Implement and leverage technology tools while staying informed about industry trends in room division technology.
  • Collaboration: Join forces with F&B, Marketing, and many more departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
