Responsibilities

  • Develop Business Strategies: Create and execute business plans to drive order growth and increase market share within the India’s Aerospace Govt & Private sector (e.g. DRDOs, ISRO, Gov & Private Defense Manufacturing, Services & MHA and Govt R&D a/cs).
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with external companies and government agencies to enhance our ecosystem business within targeted applications.
  • Solution Design, Development and Delivery: Oversee and manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Experience with core T&M instrumentation hardware and associated third party equipment and accessories to complete a system.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Direction: Utilize deep customer insights to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand business across India.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (R&D COE, IST Sub-segment Business Leads, Accounts Managers, Solution Engineers) and external stakeholders (customers, partners) to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Growth: Own the overall strategy and priorities to grow the business as well by integrating in Sales objectives from the field teams. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align business development strategies with field objectives and sales targets. Provide support and guidance to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers and local government agencies, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer within the organization.
  • Funnel and Opportunities Management: Create forecasts and define/control ongoing business development activities. This includes annual business planning, quarterly and monthly forecasting.
