Responsibilities

  • Consultant of our retailer (Sell In, Sell Through, Re-Order).
  • Cultivate and fortify strategic partnerships with our valued Accounts.
  • Participate with management in creating and updating account plans and set sales goals, prepare, and hold strategic meetings with regional important customer.
  • Own your region and build long term plans to develop and grow partnerships.
  • Utilize analytical insights to monitor sell-out and order volumes, ensuring sustainable growth for our accounts.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs and/or virtual sell in meetings.
  • Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
  • Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations.
  • Develop and execute operational business, growth, and sales strategies.
  • Lead the Go-to-Market process, ensuring comprehensive touchpoints for mutual growth.
  • Provide exceptional service to our accounts, prioritizing their needs.
  • Take over project ownership for overarching topics in the team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
