About the roleThe Carwow Sell My Car team is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer service and account management. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the performance and productivity of the team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
