Responsibilities

  • Lead our Americas Region HRIS data migration for our future HRIS implementation.
  • Oversee data validation activities such as system audits, in collaboration with HR stakeholders, to ensure accurate, clean, and complete data. Manage cross-functional data audits with teams around the organization (i.e., Benefits & Payroll, Finance, IT). Plan and design complex cross-functional business processes. Manage segregation of duties, permissions, access, and similar system operations and settings for end-users for local regional HR systems and collaborate closely with the Global HRIS Transformation team on all global system needs. Collaborate with Simon-Kucher IT and Global HRIS Transformation team to ensure systems and data security.
  • Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the HR information systems (HRIS) data for the Americas Region, including working with Global on updating system settings, implementing new features and/or modules, building workflows, and troubleshooting system issues. Systems include global and regional databases, onboarding platforms, ATS, and an HR ticketing system. Train new end-users in system capabilities as needed.
  • Serve as the HRIS/HR data subject matter expert for the Americas HR Team; Manage issues, escalation, and resolution; Investigate and resolve operational issues by applying expert knowledge of the Simon-Kucher HR local and Global HR operational business processes to support the employee lifecycle, HRIS, security, and procedures; provide HRIS training and support for HR and cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Manage the creation or maintenance of local regional business process SOPs, user procedures, HR/business operations procedural roles and responsibilities, and associated documentation.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, HR Operations, Benefits & Payroll, and the Global HRIS Transformation team to ensure end-to-end accuracy of data exchange of flow through the HR network.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using available analytical tools to provide actionable insights in support of data-driven decision making. Perform complex analysis on behalf of talent function, including data consolidation from multiple sources/formats and ensure the included data, format, and presentation are appropriate for the intended audience.
  • Manage the maintenance, and upgrades to local regional HR applications, systems, and modules as needed, collaborating closely with the Global HRIS Transformation team on all global system needs. Liaise with local regional vendors to investigate and resolve system issues as needed.
  • Maintain compliance reporting with all U.S. and Canada federal and local employment laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer/business challenges and guide them to implement innovative solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and partners.
