Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for all administrative functions related to the processing of student schedules in compliance with government and management directives.
  • Perform duties including data entry, student scheduling, interpretation and analysis of test data.
  • Perform input and make adjustments necessary to ensure students schedules are prepared for each training week.
  • Provide form control functions including revision/developing forms, monitoring supplies and reordering forms as needed.
  • Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
  • Prepare weekly class loading and staff utilization reports.
