Responsibilities

  • Support GDF business in the execution, maintenance and monitoring Project & Acquisition Finance deals
  • Support Front Office during the structuring of new transactions
  • Review Finance Documents, approvals and contractual terms before closing to ensure new deals are in accordance with internal policies
  • Input of new deals in management systems
  • Monitor living portfolio to ensure clients fulfill all obligations defined in Finance Documents
  • Interact with clients, lenders, technical and legal advisors in relation with projects evolution
  • Portfolio maintenance: drawdowns, waivers, amendments, distributions
  • Keep portfolio metrics updated and report to internal clients
  • Contribute to digital transformation of existing processes
