  • An opportunity to work in a leading European M&A advisory team at a global financial institution, being part of transformational deals for large companies and global financial investors.
  • Support Santander in originating and executing Merger & Acquisitions opportunities.
  • As an M&A associate you will support the team with research analysis, sector and company presentations, financial analysis, build complex financial models, perform valuation exercises using different methods, participate in client meetings, etc.
  • It will be required to demonstrate a deep knowledge of M&A projects or similar processes such as capital markets or structure finance transactions (i.e. ECM, LBO, PF, etc.). Any previous experience in advanced business modelling, valuation, preparation of information memoranda and due diligence documents will be highly valued.
