Responsibilities

  • Prepare for PI Planning: SM/TC facilitates the team's creation of a draft PI plan and identification of ART risks and issues
  • Support PI Planning: Collaborate with other SM/TCs and the Release Train Engineer (RTE), working actively with the team during PI planning to successfully execute the event
  • Support the ART in delivering value: Coordinate with other teams and work within the ART’s cadence
  • Coaching and Guiding the Scrum Team: Provide guidance and support to the Scrum Team, helping them understand and implement Scrum practices and principles. Assist the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and achieving their goals.
