Responsibilities

  • Facilitating Scrum/Team Events: Ensure that all Scrum/Team events (such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) are properly planned, organized, and facilitated. In a SAFe setup:
  • Prepare for PI Planning: SM/TC facilitates the team's creation of a draft PI plan and identification of ART risks and issues
  • Support PI Planning: Collaborate with other SM/TCs and the Release Train Engineer (RTE), working actively with the team during PI planning to successfully execute the event
  • Support the ART in delivering value: Coordinate with other teams and work within the ART’s cadence
