Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple busy calendars and balance appropriately
  • Coordinate travel for department leadership
  • Assist with planning and execution of team events from concept to completion

  • Plan meetings and conference calls, including calls across multiple time zones around the globe
  • Prepare written communications to internal and external contacts with an emphasis on context and confidentiality
  • Manage and approve meeting room calendars
  • Collaborate with other administration and support staff across the broader organization
  • Provide excellent administrative support and assist with general office duties for 300+ employees
  • Reconcile expenses and complete expense reports
