  • Employ expert reporting and data analysis techniques to extract valuable information, identify trends, and discover potential roadblocks to training completions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to establish and implement effective follow-up strategies to address training non-compliance.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports for senior leadership and functional leaders on the status of routine and unique mandatory training compliance initiatives.
  • Create data visualizations (via Excel and PowerBI) and presentations (via PowerPoint) to effectively communicate compliance findings and completion rates.
  • Partner with People Operations team members to ensure accurate data reporting and consistent messaging.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement and refinement of compliance training monitoring processes.
