The Senior Associate will join the fast-growing Scotland team and work on a variety of financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, overseeing conditions precedent processes, and supervising junior team members.
What qualifications are required for this position?
The ideal candidate should have between 4 and 6 years of PQE, strong general banking experience, and the ability to liaise with borrowers, lenders, and/or investors on various transactions.
