The Senior Associate Technical Account Manager is the main point of contact for all technical inquiries, both internally and externally. They partner with the largest companies in the ad tech industry, working closely with the IAS Customer Success and Sales team to manage, foster, and grow existing business and technical clients. They troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and escalate to tier 2 support or product teams when necessary. They also provide updates and insights on clients from a technology perspective to all departments within the company.
