  • Guides managers to make appropriate pay decisions based on performance, budget, and the company’s compensation philosophy and methodology
  • Performs comprehensive research and analysis, synthesizing data from diverse sources to provide actionable insights for pay and compensation program decisions
  • Conducts internal pay audits and equity reviews to ensure fairness and alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborates closely with various departments within Human Resources to facilitate cross-functional people initiatives and ensure the effective integration of compensation components.
