Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conducts market analysis to determine competitive positioning of the US Hourly population’s pay programs; compiles and analyzes results.
  • Prepares cost assessments and other reports for management and assists in providing recommendations to HR and Operations Leaders.
  • Maintains pay administration guidelines, policies, and other support tools.
  • Assists with the correction of data errors for employee records in the HRIS system that may impact the administration of employee compensation and/or the transmission of employee data to various vendors.
  • Conducts internal pay audits and analyses pay data as needed to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Participates in annual pay administration programs, including wage scale creation and maintenance and/or development of incentive pay plans.
  • Facilitates the administration of the general wages and annual merit planning and administration process and ensures accurate payroll process for employees.
