  • Modifying, updating, and implementing Compliance policies and procedures, and design and conduct ongoing Compliance training for associates.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop risk management strategies and implement internal design controls to mitigate business risks, including third party/distributor risk management.
  • Conduct regular compliance auditing and monitoring to assess the effectiveness of compliance systems, processes, and controls, and implement any required remedial actions.
  • Promoting Danaher’s Code of Conduct, core values, Speak Up program, and conduct investigations and oversee implementation of related corrective actions.
