Responsibilities

  • Plan, sell, negotiate, execute and manage the Personal Care business in partnership with Customer in-country teams and internal partners
  • Collaborate with Customer in-country teams on joint business planning to achieve brand strategies, and serve as liaison between in-country sales teams and Customer central leadership to prioritize joint business opportunities
  • Assist in-country Kimberly-Clark teams in obtaining knowledge of customer strategies and identify best practices for reapplication
  • Leverage key systems including Forecast & Trade Promotion Planning, Customer Data, Syndicated Data, and Customer portal/systems to report, assess, plan, & execute
  • Ensure planning processes internally and with customer are comprehensive and timely, designed to meet and exceed objectives
  • Bring insights, observations, and thorough business assessment to help guide both strategic and tactical opportunity identification
  • Play critical role in bringing together cross-functional team including Omnichannel Marketing, Sales Analytics, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Shopper Insights, and Finance together to deliver objectives
  • Establish and build effective working relationships with internal and external implementors and executors and decision makers
  • Engage with U.S. Account Managers to jointly drive the Personal Care Kimberly-Clark Costco business
  • Coordinate annual Costco Global Summit for all in-country Kimberly-Clark account managers supporting Costco
