  • Translate C&E ROI (Compliance and Ethics - Risk, Operations and Intelligence) business requirements into clear and actionable digital requirements.
  • Drive the enablement of digital processes within the C&E ROI function.
  • Manage demand intake and prioritize inbound requests for analytics, enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting based on requirements.
  • Fiscal management : tracking and oversight of ROI spend vs budget including facilitation of budget process.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements and assess technical and data feasibility through intake and requirements gathering.
  • Source and manage data, develop and test analytics, and provide troubleshooting and maintenance support.
  • Develop packaged insights, both quantitative and qualitative, leveraging Risk Analytics.
  • Provide stakeholder support for routine Board reporting on compliance program effectiveness.
  • Design, execute, and report on annual, internal, and external effectiveness and maturity reviews for the compliance program.
