Responsibilities

  • Overseeing operational teams responsible for processing instructions from clients and client platforms to open, close and maintain accounts.
  • Oversee operational teams responsible for KYC for Pershing, WM, IM and TA / IB KYC
  • Ensure that there is a robust operating environment that is compliant with internal control standards as well as local and global regulations.
  • Embed metrics across all of the teams, including using metrics and advanced analytics to enable teams to identify challenges that impact operational performance
  • Play a key role in delivering transformation to drive operational efficiencies and implement a new global operating model to deliver operational efficiencies and an improved client experience.
