Requirements

  • We are recruiting for a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive).
  • Candidates with a relevant equivalent HR/ER qualification or Litigation experience maybe considered.
  • To be eligible for this role you will ideally be a minimum of 3 to 4 years PQE as an employment law solicitor/adviser.
  • Excellent technical and up to date knowledge of employment law is pivotal alongside strong commercial awareness, high standards of client care and evidence of high-level achievement with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll provide support to a portfolio of clients, including some of WorkNest's largest and most significant clients, handling their Employment Tribunal cases.
  • Throughout this role, you will cultivate enduring relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor by ensuring advise in a timely, efficient, accurate, practical, and commercial manner.
  • You will provide high quality advice and legally compliant documentation, especially in relation to Employment Tribunal cases, to our clients.
  • You will adhere to Employment Tribunal deadlines and external insurance procedures.
  • You will support the commercial team with proposals and prospective clients’ meetings and contribute to the efficiencies of the team through identifying and sharing process improvements, shared resources, and continuous improvement input.
