Responsibilities

  • Conducting and managing cases from start to finish, this will be across a range of large and / or complex cases within employment rights.
  • Assisting in the communication with local/regional union officials on behalf of the firm.
  • Taking appropriate daily decisions involving considerable exercise of judgment.
  • Undertaking advocacy in the Employment Tribunal (ET), including preliminary hearings and where necessary may be required to carry out advocacy in full hearings up to 2 days.
  • Working as part of a wider team, carrying out work on other team members’ cases as required.
  • Supervising of junior member(s) of the team within your area.
