Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
  • Lead coordination of all travel logistics for multiple worldwide events including but not limited to air travel booking, ground transportation, and lodging
  • Creation and procurement of all online and print creative assets
  • Oversight of online guest registration portal including development and database management
  • Program destination research and client proposal development
  • Assist in event planning including but not limited to management of program timelines, pre-event guest communication, onsite hospitality and post event debriefs
  • Co-lead all weekly status calls and other key meetings with both internal and external constituents
  • Develop post-event surveys and client wrap-up reports
  • General account management and assistance with client requests
  • Weekend/holiday work as needed
