  • Build a labour relations Community of Practice with labour relations specialists in the European countries to establish standard processes and a set of principles how to engage with social partners
  • Develop and implement strategies, standards and policies in alignment with Siemens Energy’s business objectives and labour laws, and drive collective bargaining negotiations in different countries
  • Keep track of labour market trends, and legislative changes to proactively address potential labour relations challenges, and present reports on activities, trends, and outcomes to senior management
  • Define a Competency Framework for labour relations, identifying and deploying approaches to enhance organizational capability in handling labour relations across Europe, and conduct training and development programs for management and HR teams on European labour relations topics
  • Manage transnational projects, such as reorganizations, integrations, M&A activities, and other topics as workstream lead
