Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted partner to Executive Board members on all employment-related matters and providing expert guidance on legal requirements across Executive Board HR matters globally, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., legal, accounting, controlling) and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, external legal counsel, consultants) to efficiently manage Executive Board HR affairs
  • Supporting the Supervisory Board, particularly the Presiding Committee, in decisions regarding Executive Board appointments, contracts, and severance
  • Independently drafting Executive Board service contracts in compliance with legal requirements
  • Ensuring compliant processing of the Executive Board’s payroll through collaboration with external partners
  • Additionally, contributing to the design and establishment of a modern, globally standardized employment framework encompassing contracts, policies, and regulations aligned with international legal standards and methodologies
