Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide business-based HR support for multiple customers within the Rolled Products North America Headquarters departments.
  • Become the expert within our HR systems to support all people related processes including employee records, hiring, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, compensation and reporting.
  • Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate as a team member on special projects for HR.
  • Manage completion of annual Audit Self-Assessment Test for the HR department.
  • Collaborate with organization leaders to create workforce, staffing and retention plans to ensure availability of the talent necessary to accomplish business results; Participate in creating the strategic workforce plan that provides the talent roadmap to fill gaps and further bolster strengths.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • General administrative support of HR Department (and other departments by exception) which includes purchase orders, applicant tracking system, employee file management, internal and self-audits, ordering supplies, etc.
