Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Product Management / Strategy Experience
  • 3+ years' experience creating strategic presentations.
  • 3+ years' experience strategy consulting
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
  • 2+ years' experience in HR
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with building and executing on Employee Experience improvement programs.
  • Experience in building AI strategy and implementation of AI solutions for internal customers
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to operate in an environment where roles and responsibilities are evolving rapidly.
  • Ability to research and resolve complex issues and deliver effective summaries that drive action.
  • Effectively consult and analyze expectations and needs to ensure solution(s) will meet business goals.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in all lines of business and senior leaders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across our full portfolio to provide strategic direction and insights for our HR Products.
  • Drive strategic storytelling and compelling presentations to Senior Leadership on our Product strategy and key initiatives.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Be future leaning and focus on value of AI / GenAI in our HR of the Future.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
  • Provide Business Management Support of key organizational routines.
