Responsibilities

  • Serving as the key technical and functional subject-matter expert (SME) for UKG Pro WFM.
  • Provide support to end users of UKG Pro WFM system by diagnosing, resolving, and documenting application errors.
  • Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assist with testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases.
  • Contributing as a key member of the HRIS support team at SCA Health by participating in cross-training on other day-to-day administrative tasks in other HRIS components (e.g., UKG Pro, iCIMS), attending training classes, and reviewing application related documentation.
  • Assisting in the development of clear and concise HRIS communications to both executive leadership and end user community.
  • Prioritize and complete assigned tasks while reporting progress or escalating problems.
  • Follow change management processes for all changes to production systems.
  • Supporting the integration of new investments (de novo/acquisition) onto the HRIS platform.
  • Assist with leading optimization and continuous improvement activities and priorities as it relates to all HRIS.
