Responsibilities

  • Automate workflows in HR processes to minimize inefficiencies and scale operations
  • Provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Help gather feedback from employees and contribute to creating an inclusive work environment
  • Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems. Help with the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues
