Responsibilities

  • Define, execute and effectively communicate the HSC sales strategy and operation plans
  • Deliver top line sales growth through new and existing partnerships and sales strategies
  • Develop the breadth and depth of sales within existing and future markets
  • Identify new commercial opportunities to increase revenues in the global market
  • Understand HSC product category landscapes and industry trends that influence them
  • Report on macro geo-economic and geo-political forces that impact tactical results & take appropriate action
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with our Distributors and internal teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and maximize sales performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice
  • Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations
  • Negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations (SRM)
  • Maximize company profit, set and deliver forecast, and achieve annual sales targets
  • Lead motivate and develop international sales team Distributor partners to create a customer centric high performing team
  • Set review and provide feedback and hold Distributors accountable on expectations for sales results as well as skills and technical ability in line with the company goals

  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
