  • Leading without power - Indirekte Führung als Sparrings Partner des Kundenteams durch kontinuierliche Anwendung des Arla Leadership Modells sowie Vertretung des KAM Direktors
  • Verantwortung des operativen Geschäftes – Erstellung von Business Plänen, Kontrolle des Budgets, Planung, Kontrolle und Analyse der Absatz-, Umsatz- und Erlösentwicklungen etc.
  • Erreichung der vorgegebenen Vertriebsziele innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches und damit verantwortlich für einen Umsatz in hoher zweistelliger Millionengröße
  • Verhandlungen in den Jahresgesprächen - Preise und Listungen von Neuprodukten; zudem weiteres Ausbauen des Geschäftsfeldes durch Neukundenakquise
