Responsibilities

  • provides commercial legal advice to the University of Salford, delivering an enhanced service to the University with a view to reducing risk and enhancing effective and efficient contract management
  • is responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts including partnership agreements, collaboration agreements, joint ventures, franchise and validation agreements, and a range of documentation covering the University’s international and apprenticeship work.
  • provides advice on legal issues for the University community, working closely with senior managers and external legal advisers to ensure management of matters referred externally.
