Responsibilities

  • To work with the MLS wider team to design and build the core MLS services, leading the overall design and approach, architecture the positioning and approach for the service (with bids team, marketing and private practice teams)
  • Overseeing each stage of the service design process, identifying other relevant colleagues & specialisms to drawn into the design & build as required (legal tech team)
  • Design & build of services includes process design, pricing & financials, delivery know-how, precedents & templates, digitisation & automation etc
  • Liaising with head of MLS delivery to agree service descriptions & client marketing content
  • Liaising with private practice teams to build, align and market MLS services to clients (as appropriate)
  • Designing the continuous improvement framework for annuity MLS client deals
  • Leading continuous improvement programmes for MLS clients, working alongside the MLS delivery team to further optimise the delivery of services, finding efficiency savings & quality improvements
  • Working with clients to onboard/ transition them to AG MLS services, completing require readiness and design/ engagement activity as required

  • Life Assurance

    The firm provides life insurance of four times salary. This is automatically arranged for you from your start date but you may wish to consider completing an Expression of Wish form when joining the firm. Cover up to age 75 and maybe subject to underwriting.
