Responsibilities

  • Acts as project manager for the planning, implementation and ongoing support for Shared Service Delivery projects, tool implementations and improvements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery at the highest quality
  • Leads the team responsible for building and maintaining the knowledge base, driving right content to right associate every time
  • Leads the team driving Service Delivery quality, training and change management and ensuring Service Delivery processes are mapped, documented and continuously improved
  • Supports the HR M&A Due Diligence team on hire-to-retire processes, highlights risk, develops countermeasures to ensure ROIC and leads integration/divestiture Shared Service activity
  • Is a steward of process improvement through VES (Veralto Enterprise System)
