Requirements

  • The skills you'll need:
  • You’ll need to have knowledge of at least one relevant operational area in either financial crime, onboarding, payments or core banking operations.
  • You’ll also need:
  • Knowledge of banking operational areas
  • Experience in process documentation creation in standard formats
  • Experience working in an agile environment and with change management
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence, Zendesk, Mettle Ops Tool and Genie Ops tool desirable
  • Good initiative and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • In your new role, you'll join our agile mission team which is focussed on the launch of BaaS, growing Mettle's payments platform and supporting operations. This role will work closely with our Operations and Risk teams and help define operational processes and procedures, ensuring that Mettle and Boxed Operations are trained and have the tools they need to service customers.
  • You’ll also:
  • Collate evidence to support regulatory rules mapping, raising new requirements where gaps are identified
  • Support the Operations Change team on discovery items, raising new tickets to create solutions to the requirements
  • Produce high quality and accurate operating procedures that will be used by the Mettle & Boxed Operations teams
  • Prepare documentation for approval from Operations, Risk and other key stakeholders
  • Produce training documentation and FAQs to aid Operations teams on new processes
  • Facilitate training of new processes to end Operations users
  • Collate feedback from Operations to drive efficiencies and ensure improvements are made to processes so they are ready for delivery milestones
  • Identify and raise new risks, issues and non-compliance to regulations or policies
  • Work with Senior Associates, wider teams and stakeholders to find mitigations to any risks, issues and dependencies identified
