Responsibilities

  • Lead on UK policy strategy, prioritisation, research and development, collaborating with colleagues across the business.
  • Collaborate on global policy development, working with US colleagues.
  • Co-lead policy governance at both a UK and Group level, tracking policy progress and outcomes.
  • Anticipate, identify and analyse strategic policy issues and trends, working closely with subject matter experts to determine business impact.
  • Provide policy advice and insight to senior leaders, including through input to executive and Board briefings.
  • Track and develop responses to Government consultations, legislation and Parliamentary inquiries.
  • Develop and shape policy messages in line with overall company narrative, including through external policy papers and reports.
