  • Research, understand and convey client needs to meet client’s expectations for process optimization and upgrades.
  • Facilitate internal and external coordination meetings (clients, equipment suppliers) as required.
  • Communicate with clients, equipment vendors, controls installers, and other stakeholders regarding the process equipment design, installation, and operation.
  • Closely manage budget assigned to them; identify and prepare requests for additional services.
  • Closely manage work schedule assigned to them; proactively communicate any potential delays to VAA project manager.
  • Keep VAA Project Manager and Principal-In-Charge informed of their work progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Mentor and train VAA engineers and technical staff if requested.
  • Demonstrate leadership with excellent engineering analysis and judgment providing appropriate results and responsiveness to clients.
