Responsibilities

  • Work with product and engineering from concept to launch, delivering best-in-class experiences.
  • Understand best practices for purchase experiences to innovate and define new patterns that are delightful and unexpected.
  • Gather user insights in consultation with our researcher to help define product opportunities and fuel discovery.
  • Collaborate with your product team to facilitate ideation and design new offerings that stay true to our principle of being “weirdly easy”.
  • Co-lead your team alongside the product and engineering managers, influence product strategy, development processes and rituals.
  • Play an active role in communicating design decisions and product vision across teams and the organisation at large.
  • Participate in regular critique with a group of product designers, writers, researchers and localisation experts to elevate our work product.
