Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic roadmap for ad products aligned with Kargo's business objectives and market trends within CTV.
  • Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical capabilities with a deep hands on approach to partnering with engineering, operational, and business CTV teams.
  • Write briefs and documents to drive the technical design of Kargo CTV ad formats across both Kargo unique experiences, as well as traditional CTV advertising.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Technical Operations, Integrations, and Programmatic Partnerships teams to ensure our CTV products are performant, compatible, and competitive within industry.
  • Prioritize and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and contribute to product development cycles, including sprint preparation and backlog management.
  • Work with product marketing on go-to-market strategy and post-launch success of products.
  • Analyze data to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for product optimization.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success, regularly monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
