  • Ensure public and patient involvement in the workstreams
  • Take into account the impact of any change the projects will have on the system and ensure wide engagement to secure full ownership and buy-in
  • Advocate the projects within the workstream at senior and executive levels and ensure active engagement and sponsorship within ICB as a whole
  • Ensure the flexibility of the programme and projects, if required to meet conflicting/changing requirements
  • Contribute to the strategy, policy, development, governance and performance assurance processes of the ICB
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
