Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Pensions Administrator within our projects team, you will play a crucial part in the delivery and management of pension projects.
  • You would be involved in a variety of projects including
  • Benefit audit analysis & rectification work
  • Data analysis and rectification
  • GMP reconciliation, rectification and equalisation
  • Legal reviews such as benefit specification and equalisation advice
  • Data transfer to the Pension Protection Fund or insurance companies
  • Manage and maintain member records
  • Setting clear timelines for the delivery of projects
  • Setting and managing budgets
  • Attending Trustee meetings
  • Involved in the day to day administration of the scheme.
  • You will build a portfolio of clients to which you will manage and deliver projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, within the service levels. You will work closely with team members, Trustees of pension schemes, PPF, insurance companies and other third parties. You may be involved in scheme calculation testing on our system as well as acting as support for other team members. You may be involved in the management of staff and/or act as a project subject specialist.
