  • build strong relationships with partners to understand their requirements and ensure downstream impacts are considered
  • develop and deliver standardized training programs on turn-up processes for different configurations
  • provide training on the impact of each configuration on workflows, including downstream activities such as commissioning, network deployment, and rack production
  • identify and map resource locations during deployment and turn-up
  • collaborate with downstream partners (DCNicon, DCOps, ServerOps, QCx) to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
  • develop storyboards that highlight downstream impacts on network deployment, rack deployments, and commissioning
  • identify and implement improvements in workflows through regular workshops
  • work closely with partners to track fiber installation timelines and understand DCNicon deliverables
  • Implement tools and systems to monitor and analyze data across projects
  • provide end-to-end visibility on the full lifecycle of products delivered by DCDE
  • use data-driven insights to improve forecasting of supporting resources and identify areas for optimization.
