  • Unterstützung zur Optimierung von Qualität, Kosten und Liefertreue (QCD-Ziele)
  • Erstellung des Basisterminplans auf Grundlage des Angebotsterminplans, des Vertrages und der Detailplanungen der Projektbeteiligten
  • Regelmäßige Revision des Terminplans mit Abweichungsanalyse
  • Erstellung von Berichten zum Termingeschehen auch gegenüber unseren Kunden und Archivierung relevanter Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Workloadplanung
