Responsibilities

  • Manage a regionally-based team responsible for delivering New Store Openings projects such as Tesla Centers (Sales+Service+Delivery), Delivery hubs, Bodyshops, Retail stores, temporary Service locations (SiS), temporary sales locations (PopUps, Mall locations), Tesla office-only locations, renewal, relocation and expansion of existing locations, and any future Sales and Service Infrastructure Development needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, internal and external stakeholders, architects and engineers
  • Provide leadership to regional team by building and motivating team members to meet project development goals, adhering to their responsibilities and milestones
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, provide regular reports to the Central InfraDev leadership team and ensure InfraDev reporting and project management tools are always current
  • Ensure that the New Store Openings Milestone plan and existing portfolio remodel/expansion plan is up to date by aligning on a quarterly basis with the Service and Sales Business Planning and local SSD leadership teams
  • Manage workload of the teams involved in Real Estate, Design and Constructions on regional level
