Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and managing daily operations of a cluster of stores, working closely with the store managers to achieve business and individual goals.
  • Maximising profitability and store contribution through insight and analysis of KPI’s and action.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all of the teams monthly performance reviews are completed and a talent pipeline is identified for future roles and career progression.
  • Lead and deliver brand standards to the highest level across stores including customer journey and experience, visual execution and eye exam journey.
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues, ensuring we are reacting in a timely manner and demonstrating customer first thinking.
  • Hiring, training and developing a team of highly motivated, high performing store managers, who in turn can build high performing teams.
