Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting on a variety of retail positions, including partnering with hiring managers to learn job requirements, sourcing, generating passive candidates, interviewing, scheduling and preparing offer letters for stores.
  • Responsible for new country enablement, Including; process build out, built talent pool/awareness, hiring activations/events,
  • Create the ultimate ALO candidate experience from start to finish that is authentic to our culture and values.
  • Support Managers in staffing including strategies to improve their staffing levels and create talent pipeline to support our growth
  • Develop strong relationships with Retail Leadership, District Managers, Store leadership and team members.
  • Create and post job postings
  • Lead planning for hiring levels, timelines and securing top talent for new store openings
  • Have an understanding of the different retail store markets that we are in or entering into
  • Hold training workshops and create communication strategies to educate store leadership
  • Leads scheduling through out ATS platform
  • Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
  • Work closely with manager and hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent; ensure goals are met.
  • Support developing pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
  • Conduct candidate reference & Background checks.
  • Support in achieving annual retail talent business objectives.
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to supervisor.
  • As one of the first points of contact within the company, you can effectively communicate the culture and values of ALO Yoga and professionally represent the brand and represent the Talent Team at all times.
