Responsibilities

  • You will part of a team responsible for the output of social brand content across all channels
  • Work collaboratively with the social creative studio to deliver world class, highly innovative and inherently social content that is entertainment first and speaks to fashion authority
  • Feed into and execute our per-platform social and content strategies, as set by your Senior Social Media Manager
  • Collaborate with the marketing, creative, talent and fashion teams to capture, create and commission social media content that is aligned with business priorities whilst also gatekeeping social ensuring that only the best and most relevant content is published
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to manage the content calendar. Liaise with other departments within ASOS to share this, as required.
  • Work with the Editorial team to self-sub, and to maintain and manage to global tone of voice across all content as we strive to focus on entertainment led story telling
  • Work closely with the Social Insights team on social reporting, ensuring you are rigorously tracking the performance of all content and enabling this data to be fed into future channel and content strategies/output
  • Collaborate with the talent team to identify relevant creators to work with
  • At times you may be required to Self-shoot, upload and edit content where necessary in order to maintain the smooth running of the team ie. If attending an event
  • Ensure competitor research and customer insight are at the heart of all our output
  • Ability to create content for both organic, boosted and paid formats, with a clear understanding of the different nuances between the three
  • Be proactive with new and emerging platforms, updates and formats on social and encourage first use where appropriate
